Meet The Founder
Dr. Leshell Dennis was born on May 5th in Salisbury, MD. The Lord saved her from drug addiction, a physical/verbal abusive relationship, from prison and from living in the streets. The Lord filled her with the Holy Ghost in 1996. She has been blessed to minister on blog radio, in the local Christian shelter, and to travel to many cities along the East Coast and across the United States to Minister God’s word.
Dr. Dennis pursued an education at Tennessee Wesleyan University, graduating with an Associate in Arts in pastoral studies and counseling in 2017. She has also received her Masters Degree in Life Coaching and a number of certifications An accomplished writer, she authored “Woman’s Journey: from Pain to Purpose” and "Get Out.” Beyond her primary responsibilities, Dr. Dennis volunteers at a local Christian shelter and contributes her time as a mentor for teenage girls.

A leader in her community, Dr. Dennis has found success as the founder and chief executive officer of Absolutely Flawless Girls Mentoring Program, which seeks to foster a positive self-image among girls in middle school and high school, since 2019. She works in the same capacity with Absolutely Flawless Women Inc., a women’s ministry geared toward empowering women and children.
Additionally, she has served as the owner of a transportation company and Nanny Express, both based in the greater Baltimore area, since 2011. Certified in childcare and pastoral counseling, Dr. Dennis became certified happiness life coaching through the Transformation Academy.
Lady Dennis and her husband Pastor Charles Dennis, Jr. have been in ministry for over 40 years and together oversee Refreshing Fountain International Ministries, Inc. located at 19845 Lowes Crossing Road in Millsboro, Delaware. In those 40 years, they have minister to approximately 100,000 souls. She is the mother of 4 children, 3 living, 1 deceased, and 9 with marriage union. The Spirit of the Lord has strongly anointed her life to set the captive free, to break addictions, to break curses, and to heal the wounds of the heart. The theme that she lives by is in the book of Jude vs. 22-23​.

It’s hard to believe one year has passed since the pandemic changed our lives—for many, in ways unimaginable.
Millions of people who never imagined they’d struggle to put food on the table, are now seeking help from food banks because of COVID. Today, we estimate 42 million people may experience hunger in 2021 due to the economic fallout of the pandemic.
You have helped fuel the work of the Absolutely Flawless Woman Inc. Through the highs and lows, you’ve helped us accomplish so much this past year. We’ve seen long lines at food banks, but we’ve also seen volunteers and donors enthusiastically come forward to help our neighbors.
